Throughout her almost 14 year Career at Carter’s, Inc., Tiffany has held every creative role and responsibility within the Creative Marketing Department to include: Retail design, packaging, e-comm, paid + organic social, photoshoot planning and direction and now video direction.
She helped launch their e-commerce business and in-house photo studio and was the first creative to influence and direct creative for their social media channels by creating fresh content and building relationships with influencers to create thumb-stopping content.
Carter’s Instagram account continues to outperform its retail competitors for engagement market share year over year.

She’s served as lead designer on re-brands, new product launches and sweepstakes — among several other brand activation’s and projects. She takes initiative on brainstorming new ways to streamline processes and is continually offering innovative solutions for photo direction and design challenges. Her extensive product line knowledge and understanding of the business has made her the go-to person in the extremely fast-paced e-commerce business. Other notable highlights include:

Video direction
