A total brand transformation.
A nearly three year contract project that Tiffany took on to help take this small business to the next level. In her first year with the company (as a team of one), she performed a complete brand overhaul. The entire transformation included re-branding and repositioning accompanied by redesign of the website, all marketing (both print and digital), packaging, evaluated the customer experience and lastly, she re-designed the product line and expanded the overall offering to increase the average order value.
Within 6 months of rebrand, sales for the 2nd year of business grew to $885k, compared to their first year of only $60k — an increase in over 1,300%.
Tiffany was not only in charge of all creative decisions and designs, but also served as point of contact for all press and media inquires and interviews and represented the brand at tradeshows and fashion shows (along with leading the design of the space). She built a community of dedicated bloggers and an affiliate program whom helped produce content based on the relationships she established with them.
Her most exciting accomplishment for the brand was having one of her designs featured in the December 2018 issue of Women’s Health magazine.
